CAN’s Borno secretary killed minutes after President Jonathan's declaration of state of Emergency broadcast

Two Gunmen trailed the secretary of the Christian Association on Nigeria (CAN), Borno Chapter Reverend Pama Musa, who was the head pastor of a pentecostal church in Maiduguri to his GRA home and shot him dead. This happened at about 7:30pm yesterday after President Jonathan declared state of emergency in three northern states, namely borno,yobe and adamawa. CAN Borno chapter has confirmed the killing and boko haram members who maybe not be happy with the Presidential declaration are Prime suspects. We will give you more information as we get them.
