Nelson Mandela's Daughters, Zenani and Makaziwe are suing their father for rights to sell his artworks and control his wealth. According to a south african Newspaper, The Star, Mandela's Daughters intend to fight an April 2004 Johannesburg High Court order that gave their Father the right to instruct his former Lawyer, Ismail Ayob to stop managing his legal,personal and financial affairs which includes selling Mandela's artworks and property.
Mandela's Current Lawyer, Bally chuene has filed an affidavit last week in response to the law suit brought forward by Mandela's daughters who are been represented by His former attorney Ayob.
The Star reported that sometime last month, Madela's daughters filed papers, asking for Chuene, George Bizos SC and Human settlents Minister Tokyo Sexwale to be removed as Directors and Trustees of the Mandela Trust and also as Directors of Harmonieux and Magnifique (Pty) limited with immediate effect.
Bally Chuene stated in his replying affidavit that Bizos and Sexwale in 2011 refused to release the trust's money to Mandela's daughters without a legal justification.
