Professor Ango Abdullahi is a member of the Northern Elders Forum and has replied the message passed on by One of the Leaders of Niger Delta Militants Asari Dokubo. See his statement below :
Mr President, We received the message you sent Asari Dokubo! The North is Prepared, Ready and waiting. - Northern Elders Forum.
We all saw the Asari dukobo's Press release and He never mentioned that the President sent him but Professor Ango thinks otherwise. According to the Prof, If not that I am aware that Asari Dokubo is a spokesman of the President, I would have Ignored him. But my reaction now is directed to the President who Sent Asari Dokubo to issue out a war threat to the north. If Jonathan feels this is the way He will win his election in 2015, I am saying on behalf of the Northern Elders Forum (NEF), that they should start the war now! because I am putting it to Jonathan on notice that he must leave the office come 2015.
