Gov Emmanuel Uduaghan of Delta State spoke about why He refuse death penalty for kidnappers and this is what He has to say.:
"Two criminals were crucified together with Jesus on the cross but it did not stop crime. I refused because you might in the process kill the wrong person of you might also in the process kill someone who hasn't committed any crime at all". Do you agree with him?
